Sign Company for Bucks County

Our shop sits at the top of Northeast Philadelphia, a short run from the Bucks County line. Street Road in Bensalem is minutes up Roosevelt Boulevard, and the rest of Lower Bucks follows right behind it.

Lower Bucks Starts Minutes From Our Door

The county line sits a short run past the shop, which puts most of Lower Bucks inside a normal morning route. From 1890 Woodhaven Road, Bensalem is typically under ten minutes. Feasterville-Trevose and Langhorne run about fifteen. Levittown and Bristol are around twenty, and Warminster, Warrington, Newtown, and Doylestown are usually inside forty.

Short drives change how a job goes. We survey before we quote instead of guessing from street view. Our install crews can come back the same week if a punch-list item turns up. And a service call for a dark cabinet or flickering letters gets a truck, not a promise.

Local rules

Every Township Writes Its Own Sign Code

Bucks County has no single sign ordinance. Bensalem, Middletown, Bristol Township, Warminster, Warrington, Newtown, and Doylestown each set their own rules, and the differences are real:

  • Height and area caps on pole signs that change at the township line
  • Electronic displays welcomed on some corridors, restricted on others
  • Tighter design review on older borough main streets like Newtown and Doylestown
  • Separate electrical permits for illuminated signs in most cases

We pull the local ordinance before design starts, draw to it, and file the township permit as part of the job. The details are on our surveys and permitting page.

Street Road and Lincoln Highway Are Pylon Country

Lower Bucks retail lives on its strip centers, and strip centers live on their road signs. We build and service the multi-tenant pylons those centers depend on: new builds, tenant panel swaps, and LED retrofits for cabinets still burning fluorescent tubes. For fuel stops and centers that change offers weekly, we add electronic message boards.

If you run a center with a dozen tenants, our property management page covers how we handle multi-tenant work.
