Design, fabrication, installation, and the permit desk all sit under one roof on Woodhaven Road, so both answers come back while the sign is still on the screen.
It shows in the details. Our drawings call out real returns, real mounting hardware, and real power runs, because the crew reading them is ours. And because we file our own permits, we draw to what Philadelphia L&I actually wants to see: overall dimensions, projection, mounting height, and structural attachment. In most cases that means one submission, not a resubmission loop. Opening in Old City or another historic district? We flag the review requirements before you commit to a concept that will not pass.
Once you approve the design, it moves straight into fabrication in our own shop and onto the calendar for installation by our own crews. The paperwork runs through our surveys and permitting service, so one team owns the job from first sketch to lit sign.

Sign Design Questions
Will I see the sign on my actual building before you build it?
Yes. We photograph your facade during the site survey and place a scaled rendering on that photo. You see real proportions against your real brick, not an artist's impression.
Are your drawings ready for a Philadelphia L&I permit?
We prepare dimensioned drawings that show size, projection, mounting height, and attachment detail, which is what the permit reviewer needs to see. In most cases our permitting team files them without changes.
My landlord has sign criteria. Can you design to them?
Yes. Multi-tenant centers and office parks usually publish sign criteria. Send us the document and we design inside it, then prepare the approval package for your landlord to sign off on.
