Two Bridges From Our Front Door
The Betsy Ross and the Tacony-Palmyra both land minutes from Pennsauken, so South Jersey is a normal route for our trucks, not a special trip. Pennsauken and Maple Shade typically run about 25 minutes from the shop. Cherry Hill and Moorestown are around 30. Marlton, Mount Laurel, Burlington, and Willingboro usually land inside 45 in normal traffic.
Everything still happens on our side of the river: design, fabrication, and test-lighting at the Woodhaven Road shop. Then the same crew loads the truck, crosses the bridge, and installs with our own crane.
Signs Built For Routes 38, 70, and 73
South Jersey retail moves at highway speed, and the signage has to keep up. Along Route 38 in Maple Shade and Moorestown, Route 70 through Cherry Hill and Marlton, and the Route 73 corridor in Mount Laurel, that means tall pylon signs, bright light box cabinets, and electronic message boards that change offers without a ladder.
The corridor is thick with dealerships and auto shops, and we build for them too: tall road signs, service directionals, and LED upgrades that cut the electric bill.
NJ Sign Codes Are Town by Town
New Jersey sign approval runs through the municipality. Cherry Hill Township, Moorestown, Maple Shade, and Burlington each keep their own zoning chapter on signs, with their own limits on height, area, and illumination. Some projects go in front of a zoning board before anything gets built.

Dealership Signs Go Up on a Crane, Not a Ladder
The Mitsubishi dealership sign in our portfolio was set the way any highway dealership sign gets set: the cabinet slung from the boom, walked over the lot, landed on its pole and bolted off. There is no ladder version of that job.
It matters who owns the crane. A rented lift arrives inside a rental window with an operator who was not at the survey, so anything unexpected on site turns into a second mobilization. Our crane trucks and our crews are the same people who measured the site, so a lot on this side of the river is scheduled the same way a lot on the other side is.
The Rest of the Board
The portfolio is national retail and local storefronts side by side: crane-set storefront signs for Five Below, Sears and Shoe Carnival, an illuminated cabinet at Eastern Plaza, multi-tenant pylons with stacked tenant panels, and front-lit channel letters for independents like Bishos Cafe and Bakery and eye love EYEWEAR. Highway retail here orders from the same list.
