Sign Repair & Maintenance in Philadelphia
Dark letters, flickering cabinets, storm damage. We diagnose fast because we build signs every day, and we get you lit again.
If It Should Be Lit, We Can Fix It
Signs fail in predictable ways. LED modules dim out one section at a time. Ballasts and transformers in older cabinets hum, flicker, then quit. Water finds a cracked face and corrodes the wiring behind it. A storm bends a panel or drops a letter onto the sidewalk. We see all of it across Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery County, and South Jersey.
The truck rolls with the common fixes already on it: LED modules, power supplies, sockets, photocells, and hardware. Because we fabricate signs at our Woodhaven Road shop, our techs know where each type fails and what to test first, so in most cases one visit gets you lit again. When a face or a cabinet part has to be remade, we make it in our own shop instead of waiting weeks on a supplier.

Fixed By the Shop That Builds Them
Diagnosis is the hard part of sign repair. A half-lit cabinet can mean a dead run of modules, a failed power supply, a corroded socket, or water sitting in the bottom of the can, and each one leads somewhere different. Our techs work beside the fabricators who bend the aluminum and wire the LEDs, so they read a failing sign quickly and quote the real fix instead of throwing parts at it.
Maintenance is the cheap part. A dark sign costs you walk-ins every night it stays out, and a damaged one can draw a complaint to Philadelphia L&I. On a maintenance plan we inspect your signage on a schedule, catch small failures before they take the sign down, and keep records so your locations stay safe, legal, and lit.
For letters above ladder height or a pylon cabinet out on Street Road, our own crane trucks roll to the call. No rental lift, no waiting on a sub.
Every Sign We Build, and Plenty We Did Not
These are the most common repair calls. If your sign type is not here, call anyway. We have probably had one on the bench.
Sign Repair Questions
My sign is only half lit. What usually causes that?
On LED signs it is usually a failed power supply or a dead run of modules. On older cabinets it is typically a ballast or transformer. We test at the sign, carry common parts on the truck, and in most cases can quote the fix on the spot.
Do you repair signs you did not build?
Yes. We work on channel letters, cabinets, pylons, and message boards from any fabricator. Because we build signs in our own shop, we can also remake faces and parts that are no longer available off the shelf.
Do you offer sign maintenance plans?
Yes. We inspect your signage on a set schedule, catch failing modules, water intrusion, and loose hardware early, and keep service records for each location. Pricing depends on the sign count and sites, so call the office for a quote.
Can you handle storm damage and emergencies?
Yes. Call the office line first. We secure the sign so it is safe, document the damage for your insurance claim, and then quote the repair. If parts have to be rebuilt, our shop makes them.
